FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on every Nesturi order.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout where available. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order. If your tracking has not updated in several days, or your order has not arrived when expected, contact us at nesturistore@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
